2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before enrolling in any paid course.

3. Registration, Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in a specific course page.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe). Update this list if different.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that provide false information.

4. Course Access & Content

  • Course Materials are owned by GeeksGlobalDigital or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • On successful enrollment you receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access the Course Materials for personal, educational use only.
  • You must not copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any Course Materials without our prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

When using the Website and Services you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Share your login credentials, systematically extract or scrape data, upload malicious software, or attempt to bypass security features.
  • Post abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content in any forum or feedback area.

6. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • All course enrollments are subject to the following refund rules unless a different policy appears on the specific course page.
  • Full refund if cancellation is requested more than 15 days before the scheduled course start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested between 7 and 14 days before the course start date.
  • No refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced.
  • To request refunds or reschedule a booking, email geeksglobaldigitalmarketing21@gmail.com with your enrollment details.
  • Non-Refundable Offer Courses:
    Any course purchased under special offers, promotions, or discounted pricing (including courses priced at ₹199) shall be strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable, regardless of the cancellation date or course commencement status.

7. Third‑Party Services

We may use third‑party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics and communications (for example: payment gateways, Zoom, Google Drive). Use of such third‑party services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third‑party providers.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store personal data. By using the Website you consent to that collection and use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
